At the risk of confusing our budding mathematician, what he computed is 10!, not 55!. You might gently mention to him that the exclamation symbol means something different in math.
OK, Gramma here... I know that before Pop-Pop even thought about all that, we have both spent the last 3 days *adoring* Soren's earnest green figurings, laughing and talking about it and tearing up over his astonishing calculations. Little sweetheart. He is such a JOY! Teaching himself new things all the time, stopping only to ask for the information he doesn't yet have... and then moving forward. Both of the boys actually do that. They are so fortunate to grow up in a household where learning is so much fun and everything they could possibly need to grow and learn is at their fingertips.
