Not to brag or anything, but...
My 1st grader has been sitting here in the kitchen this morning, working on his Kahn Academy math Unit Test. He was just talking out loud and here is what I overheard:
"Josephine's painting is 32 centimeters long. Serena's painting is 12 centimeters longer than Josephine's. How long would their two paintings be together if they were arranged side by side?"
[Then instantly] "Well... 30+30 = 60, +4 = 64, +12 = 76, so 76!'
